Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do I need to order?
We require at least 2-3 days advance notice for standard orders. Custom cakes may need 5-7 days depending on the design complexity.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Metro Manila. Delivery fee starts at ₱100 and varies based on distance from our bakery in Makati City.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (BDO, BPI) and GCash. Payment details are sent after we confirm your order.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! You can pick up from our bakery at 123 Bakery Street, Makati City during store hours. Just select "Pick Up" in the delivery address field.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely! We love doing bulk orders for events, offices, and celebrations. Message us on WhatsApp or email for special pricing.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Changes can be made up to 48 hours before your delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible for any modifications.
